DATA PROTECTION
The legal basis of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Collection of access data and log files
We, or our hosting provider, collects on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR Data about any access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
Logfile information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate abuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and is then deleted. Data whose further retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes are exempt from deletion until the respective incident is finally clarified.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information with the help of which a person can be determined, i.e. information that can be tracked back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count towards personal data.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the users consent to the data collection.
Contact
When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), the user’s information for processing the contact request and handling it in accordance with the contact are provided. Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR processed. The information provided by users can be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM System") or comparable request organization.
We will delete the requests if they are no longer necessary. We check the necessity every two years; furthermore, the statutory archiving obligations apply.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific information related to the device on the access device of the users (PC, smartphone or the like). They serve as one of the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they serve to collect the statistical data of the website use and to be able to analyze it for the purpose of improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Registration function
Users can optionally create a user account. In the context of registration, the required mandatory information will be communicated to the users. The data entered during the registration will be used for the purposes of using the offer. Users may be informed by e-mail about information relevant to the offer or registration, such as changes in the scope of the offer or technical circumstances. If users have terminated their user account, their data will be deleted with regard to the user account, subject to their retention is for commercial or tax reasons. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all data of the user stored during the duration of the contract.

Google Analytics
We rely on our legitimate interests (i.e. Interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant? id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services associated with the use of this online offer and the Internet use. pseudonymous user profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means that the IP address of the users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other data from Google. Use of Facebook Social Plugins
We use on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. Interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) Social plugins ("plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The plugins can interaction elements or content (e.g. Videos, graphics or text contributions) are and are recognizable by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue tile, the terms "like", "like" or a "thumb high" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs the users according to our state of knowledge.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. If users interact with the plugins, for example, click on the like button or leave a comment, the corresponding information from your device is transmitted directly to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will find out and store its IP address. According to Facebook, only one anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.

The controller has integrated the opinion master widget on this website. Golocal sets a session cookie on the visitor’s information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. The session cookie disappears as soon as the website is left. By each call-up to one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which the opinion master widget was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted for technical reasons to transmit the IP address and the date of the call. This data will be deleted after 7 days.

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
